Last Thursday evening the members of the senior class of 1923 and their friends were entertained with a party at the lovely country home of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hughes, north of Forney. Games, conversations and music by the jazz hounds and the host, furnished entertainment which made the evening a very enjoyable one.

At a late hour, delicious brick ice cream, cake and peaches were served to the following guests:  Misses Ruth Chapman, Willie Chapman, Lois Jacobs, Della Blanch Chenault, Ada Lou Dozier, Nettie McMahan, Pat Kincaid, Frances Jones, Mary Nell Jenkins of Italy, Eva Mae Dozier and Opal Walker; Messrs. Ben Brooks, Jacks Crawford, Eldon Boone, Carnes Enas, Eugene and Marion Dozier, Bob Pritchett, Dick Moore, Amos Dietz and Raymond Lee of Lometa, Texas; R.D. Davis and Gordon Yates.
