Wednesday at 9 o'clock at St. John's Catholic church, the rector, Rev. M. G. French, offciating, John Costello and Miss Ellen Dennehy were united in marriage, there being a large number of friends present to witness the happy vent. The nuptial high mass was said, and the whole service was most impressive.

The attendants were M. Costello and Miss Josie Vaughn, who led the way for the bridal pair, the wedding march being rendered, to the altar of the church, where the two were made one.

The decorations were quite handsome, and consisted principally of potted palms and ferns.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pat Dennehy, who live near town, and the groom is a prosperous farmer residing at Layden's ridge, where the newly married couple will make their home.

Immediately after the ceremony, a wedding breakfast was given the wedding party at the home of the bride's parents.
