Ernest Buice and Bride Are on Trip
Marriage of Ernest R. Buice & Hazel F. Truesdale

The Church of the Incarnation was the scene of the wedding at 8 p.m., Friday of Miss Hazel Florence Truesdale and Ernest Ray Buice of Forney. The Rev. C. Gresham Marmion Jr. officiated.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. N.C. Crutchfield, 6227 Malcolm, and Mr. and Mrs. Garland Buice, Forney.

The bride entered on the arm of her father. She chose a gown of white shadow print organdy with a floral design. Worn over taffeta, the gown had a portrait neckline framed by a ruffle of frosted organdy. From the basque bodice the full skirt fell over hoops. The gown had a slight train.

Imported bridal illusion was caught to the bonnet brim of tulle lined with French lace and trimmed with pearls.

The bride carried a bouquet of stephanotis centered with a white orchid with fuchsia throat.

Mrs. K. Douglas Vinson Jr. was matron of honor and bridesmaids were Miss Leah Rae Stone, Mrs. John E. Buice and Miss Jane Rose of Richmond, Va.

Edwin Buice was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were N.C. Crutchfield Jr., Harold Watkins, Carlo Farina of Irving and K. Douglas Vinson Jr.

Mrs. Ann Moore and Miss Martha Davenport presented nuptial music.

A reception at the church followed. The bride's table was covered with white satin. A flower arrangement of multicolored carnations and greenery centered the table, and satin streamers extended to the punch bowls.

Mrs. James Lee Vaughn Jr. cut the cake and Miss Lorraine Sherrill presided at the bride's book.

In the house party were Mmes J. Frank Gibbon, E.E. Davis, Tyler Ferguson and C.I. McClure; Misses Jewel Ramey, Janet McGee, Reba Seal, Betty Richardson and Barbara Jean Galleher.

For a wedding trip to Galveston, the bride chose a gray, hand-tied dotted Swiss suit with black and green accessories and white orchid.

the newlyweds will be at home at 2901 North Fitzhugh.

The bride is a graduate of Crozier Technical High School and the bridegroom attended North Texas State College.
