Mr. and Mrs. Ben Brooks, De Soto City, Fla., formerly of Dallas, have announced the approaching marriage of their daughter, Miss Mary Levisa Brooks, to Donald Eugene Tauchen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank B. Tauchen. The wedding will take place Wednesday at the home of the bride-elect's parents.

Miss Brooks, granddaughter of Mrs. Madison Brooks, Forney, was graduated from the Washington and Lee High School and attended Holy Cross Academy in the District of Columbia. Mr. Tauchen was graduated from high school in Sebring, Fla. He served thirteen months in the European theater of operations with the Tank Corps.
