After preaching by pastor church announced in conference. There being nothing of
importance coming before the church, conference adjourned.

After preaching by pastor church called conference. Bro. Clerk being absent, Bro. J.H.
CRITTENDEN was appointed to act in his stead. Minutes of last meeting read and
adopted. There being no unfinished business, we passed to the order of new business.
1. On the 4th of March there is to be a mass meeting at 10 o'clock at the First Baptist
Church in Dallas. L.B. JENKINS and E.M. DOZIER were elected messengers.
2. It was moved and sec. that L.B. JENKINS, N.C. WHITTEMORE and J.H.
CRITTENDEN be appointed to draft resolutions expressing our thanks to the Odd
Fellows for the use of their hall.
3. A letter of dismission were granted Sister Ollie HODGE.
4. The discussion of selling the old parsonage and buying a new one was brought up
and referred to the following committee: E.M. DOZIER, Jason SOWELL, C.W.
BOONE. Motion to adjourn.

Sat. Before the 2nd Sunday in March
After preaching the church met in conference. Minutes of last meeting read and
approved. There being no unfinished business, church passed to new business.
Motion made and carried that we carry $1,000.00 insurance on church. Moved and
2nd that the moderator appoint a committee of these to take out the insurance. Bro.
BOON, R.P. PINSON, W.E. HALEY were the committee appointed. Moved and
2nd we adjourn.

Sat. Before the 2nd Sunday in April 1919
After preaching by pastor church met in conference. Bro. Clerk being absent, J.H.
CRITTENDEN acted in his stead.
New business moved and 2nd that we have our
meeting the 2nd Sunday in July and that we secure a singer for the meeting. L.B.
JENKINS, E.J. DOZIER, and Sister Vesta JORDAN were the committee appointed.
Moved and 2nd that the pastor have the screens repaired on parsonage.
Moved and
2nd that the sub standing bills of the church be handed over to the Sec. of the building
committee and ordered paid.
Moved and second that we have our dedication service on the first Sunday in May.
Moved and second that we ask Valley View to exchange Sundays with us for that
day. Bro. SCOTT was elected to preach the dedication sermon.
Moved and second
that a committee be appointed to buy a musical instrument for the young people. Mrs.
YATES, Vesta JORDAN and T.J. SHEPHERD were appointed on that committee.

After preaching by pastor church met in conference. Report of last meeting read and
adopted as clerk lost minutes of Sat. business will have to pass it up but have a few
minutes of May 25.
Motion and sec. to grant Miss LOVELACE a letter of dismission.

to buy and install fans for church. Motion to adjourn.

After preaching by pastor church met in con. Bro. Clerk being absent, Bro. HUGHES
was appointed clerk pro tem.
Moved and 2nd that report of committee be received.
Moved and second that N.C. WHITTEMORE be added to committee.

that committee be empowered to make such deal with parsonage as they see fit. Motion
to adjourn.

After preaching by pastor church met in conference. Motion made to ratify the proceedings
of the call conference last Sunday. Motion carried.
New Business: Motion made and 2nd that the church appoint a committee to talk to those
that their conduct have been unbecoming to the church. Bro. DOZIER, Bro. JENKINS and
Sister Myrtle YATES were the committee appointed. A letter of dismission were granted
Sister Grace WILSON. Motion made to adjourn.

Sunday, Oct. 26
Church announced conference for the purpose of electing delegates to the association
and to attend such business that might come before the church. Letter of dismission were
granted Sister CONNER, Leona GARNER, and Bro. Robert ORR. Bro. JENKINS and
WHITTEMORE were nominated and elected to the Bapt. Miss. Association which meets
12th of Nov. at Jacksonville. Motion made and 2nd we adjourn.

Sunday, Nov. 9, 1919
After preaching by pastor church announced in conference this being our regular time to
call our pastor. By a motion and 2nd Bro. ANTHONY was elected moderator. Moved
and 2nd that we go into call of pastor. Bro. JENKINS being the only one in nomination,
it was moved and 2nd that we vote by acclamation the vote was unanimous. A motion for
3/4 time was voted for and carried. It was voted and carried that we pay our pastor
$1,200 for 3/4 time. Motion and 2nd that Bro. WHITTEMORE and SOWELL be
appointed to tell Bro. JENKINS of his call. Motion made to take pledges for pastor's
salary today. Motion made to adjourn.

Saturday, Jan. 10, 1920
After preaching by pastor church met in conference. The committee appointed to see some
erring members were given more time and two added to com. Mrs. W.H. YATES was
instructed to have the piano tuned. No further business. Conference adjourned.

Feb. 7, 1920
After preaching by pastor church went into conference. Minutes of last meeting read and
adopted. Unfinished business was taken up and heard the report of a committee appointed
to see erring members. By unanimous vote the church withdrew fellowship from Sister L.C.
REAGIN for dancing. A letter of dismission was granted Norman KILLIAN. The captains
for the campaign were instructed to select their committees to assist in the work. Conference
Adjourned.

Saturday, March 3, 1920
After preaching church announced in conference. A report was made by the pastor in regard
to a letter received from Sister Carrie PINSON concerning dancing. By a motion and second
a committee was given more time in order to have a chance to talk with her.
It was moved
and second that we have our protracted meeting beginning the third Sunday in July. Motion
carried that a committee be appointed to secure help in preaching and singing committee
composed of H.J. CRITTENDEN, E.M. DOZIER and N.C. WHITTEMORE.
Motion
made and second that church buy material for garden fence. Sister Myrtle YATES, J.H.
CRITTENDEN and E.M. DOZIER were appointed to look after putting out fruit and shade
trees on their property. Motion made that we adjourn.

Sat. April 10, 1920
After preaching by pastor church announced in conference. A report from the committee
in regard to securing help in our meeting reported they had secured Bro. NEUBERN to
preach and Bro. V.O. STAMP to lead the singing. By a motion and second, the report be
accepted and the committee be discharged. The committee appointed to see Carrie and
Kate PINSON reported they had not talked to them yet. The committee was given further
time. Motion made that we adjourn.

May 8, 1920
After preaching by pastor. Church went into conference. April minutes were read and
approved. On learning that V.O. STAMPS could not be with us in the meeting, church
instructed pastor to write Bro. BORING and secure him for the meeting. By motion the
pastor was excused from the pulpit to attend the Southern Baptist Convention at
Washington. No other business. Conference adjourned.

Sat. June 12, 1920
After preaching by pastor church met in conference. Bro. JENKINS stated Bro.
BOREING would be with us during meeting. Motion and 2nd that Bro. JENKINS
report be accepted in regard to the PINSON girls. Moved and 2nd that the church
withdraw fellowship from Carrie and Kate PINSON. It was discussed about having
meeting in Tabernachle, but decided to have it in the church. The church excused Bro.
JENKINS from the pulpit 2nd Sunday to be at Teague. No other business, Conference
Adjourned.

Sunday, Aug. 15, 1920
After preaching church announced in conference to elect messengers to association
and to attend to such other business that might come before the church. Bro. and
Sister JENKINS and C.J. STARNES were elected to association. Alternates. Sister
FITZHUGH and Kate LYNN.
Motion made to take $5.00 out of treasure for printing
minutes. Carried.
Motion made to adopt this letter subject to corrections.
Letter of
dismission was granted Bro. Irma HUGHES. Motion carried that we suspend services
tonight so the pastor can preach at Markout.

The Forney Baptist Church - Sat. Sept. 11
Met in conference with seven present. The minutes of June 12 and August 14th were
read and approved. A letter of dismission was granted to Reed BUSBY.
Mrs. John
HALL was charge with Heresy on account of her joining the Methodist Church. And
fellowship was withdrawn from her. There being no other business, Conference
adjourned.

Sat. Before the Second Sunday In Nov.
The church met and after preaching announced in conference. Letters of dismission
were granted Ruble MAUPIN and Erin DAMIL. Bro. JENKINS was elected
messenger to association. Alternates Bro. WHITTEMORE and STARNES and
SOWELL. It was moved and carried to call pastor on Sunday. Motion and 2nd to
see after note on parsonage.
Conference remained open over Sunday.
Sunday Nov. 14, 1920
Bro. ANTHONY was elected moderator. Motion and 2nd that we call a preacher
for another year. Bro. JENKINS was elected for 3/4 time. Unanimous and for an
indefinitely time it was moved that we vote by acclamation. Motion and 2nd that
anytime the church is dissatisfied to let the pastor know, and at anytime the pastor
wants to quit to let the church know 3 months in advance. Motion carried that
SOWELL and STARNES let the pastor know of his call. Motion carried that we
put off the setting of the salary for another month. The same committee was retained
to solicit the preacher salary for another year and report in one month. Motion made
to adjourn.

Sunday, Nov. 28
After preaching church announced in conference for the purpose of attending to such
business that may come before us. 1st, Election of teachers and officers for another
year. Bro. E.M. DOZIER was elected Supt., Assistant Dick KEMP, Ruth CHAPMAN,
Sect. The following teachers were elected: R.L. ANTHINY, L.B. JENKINS, Mrs.
DOZIER, Mrs. A.O. HEAD. Conference adjourned.
Sat. Dec. 11, 1920
After preaching by pastor church announced in conference for the purpose of attending
to such business that might come before us. Committee reported that they found Mr.
WILMARTH holds the notes on parsonage. It was moved and 2nd that we still retain
the same committee on notes and add Bro. HEAD, STARNES and RICHIE.
Conference remained open until Sunday.
Sunday, Dec. 12, 1920
1st Moved and 2nd that the call of pastor for 3/4 time be reconsidered.
2nd Moved and 2nd that we call our pastor for full time and pay him $2,000.00 per
year. The committees out to solicit funds for the pastor decided to withhold their report. Moved to adjourn.
