Royal A. Ferris, Jr., member of the firm of Browning-Ferris Machinery Company in Dallas, is the son of Royal A. Ferris, a member of the first board of directors of the Farmers Bank and a financier in Texas for more than a half century.
Like his father who was connected with many banks as an executive, and had interest in manufacturing, insurance, utilities, universities and the State Fair, Mr. Ferris, Jr., is a banker and public-spirited citizen.
