Costello Rites Slated in Dallas

Miss Mary C. Costello, former resident of the Talty community, died in a Dallas hospital Tuesday night. Rosary will be recited from the Anderson-Clayton Chapel in Mesquite at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Funeral mass will be held at St. Edward’s Catholic Church in Dallas at 9:30 a.m. Thursday with the Mgsr. John Brady as celebrant. Interment will be in the old Calvary Hill cemetery in Dallas.

Mary C. Costello was born in Kaufman county, Texas in the Talty community. She lived her entire life there until 10 years ago when she moved to Dallas to make her home. She was housekeeper for Father Francis Brady of St. Martin’s Church for several years.

Surviving her are: two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Mike Costello of Dallas and Mrs. Will Costello of Forney and a number of nieces and nephews.
