OLIPHANT – Mrs. Lila, 1027 Mobile, passed away Wednesday. Survived by daughter, Mrs. Kathaleen Saunders; son, Dick M. Oliphant, both of Dallas; sister, Mrs. R.H. McClanaghan, Florence, S.C.; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren. Officiating ministers will be Rev. R.B. Cooper and Rev. Brooks Terry. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at the Forney Baptist Church at 3 p.m. Weiland’s Service, T-3-8141.

Note: Lila Kincaid Oliphant is buried at Hillcrest Cemetery next to her husband, James Young Oliphant.
