A Veteran Minister Passes Away
Elder J.F. Pinson, Aged 93, Died Saturday at Forney

Forney, Tex., Oct 8 – Elder J.F. Pinson died Saturday and was buried yesterday. He was 93 years old and had been a Baptist minister for many years. He was an early settler in Dallas County and donated the land upon which Buckner’s Orphans’ Home is situated to that institution. He had a large and influential family.

Note: Rev. Josiah F. Pinson is buried at Hillcrest Cemetery with his wife, Mildred Briscoe Pinson.
