Election of Walter D. Adams of Forney as first vice president of the American Pharmaceutical Association was announced Wednesday in a communication from Dr. E.G. Eberlee, formerly of Dallas, who is in charge of the association’s headquarters in Baltimore. Mr. Adams is serving his tenth year as secretary of the Texas Druggists’ Association, the largest State organization of its kind in the United States.
The Texas organization, with co-operation by the chamber of commerce, is working to obtain for Dallas the 1931 convention of the American association.
Mr. Adams was in the newspaper business for twenty years and for the last thirty years has been in the retail drug business at Forney. He is active in State and National affairs of the profession.
