The Beginners department of the Baptist Church gave the Cradle Roll and Primary department an Easter Party Saturday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Hugh Ghormley.

The guests assembled in the living room and Mrs. Henry Robertson led the children in singing their favorite songs.

Mrs. Anderson Ritchie led in prayer and Mrs. Jim Townsend, teacher of the Beginner’s department, read a very appropriate Bible story, “The Brightest Day of All the World.”

Eggs were hidden in the lots on either side of the house and the children enjoyed filling their baskets. Delicious refreshments were served to approximately fifty.
