Marriage of Alan Routt & Adabeth Robertson

Miss Adabeth Robertson and Alan Gordon Routt were wed in an April 22 ceremony in the First Baptist Church, Forney, the Rev. Jerry D. Griffin, Forney, officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Robertson, Forney. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edd Lowe Routt, Richardson.

Honor attendants were Miss Kim Robertson, Forney; Mrs. Danny G. Shaw, Post; and Mike Williams, Tulsa, Okla. The bride was given in marriage by her father.

The bride is a graduate of East Texas State University, where she was a member of Kappa Delta sorority. The bridegroom also is a graduate of ETSU, where he was a member of Delta Chi fraternity.

After a wedding trip to Puerto Vallarta, the couple will live in Dallas.
