Jan. 9, 1915
After preaching by pastor the church met in conference.
1. Minutes of last conference read and approved.
2. The Treasurer made his report, showing $727.10 paid to pastor last year. No further business. Conference adjourned.

Feb. 13, 1915
After preaching by pastor church met in conference.
1. Minutes of last conference read and adopted.
2. Moved and sec. that Bro. J.C. GARNER take J.T. DOZIER’s place in soliciting subscriptions for pastor’s salary. Carried.
3. On motion and sec. the church voted to raise incidental expenses by individual subscriptions to be paid monthly, and elected Bro. N.C. WHITTEMORE to solicit subscriptions and also to collect them. Letters of dismission to W.E. YATES and wife and Ronie and Frankie.
4. Moved and sec. for church to pay cut off for water at parsonage. Carried. No further business conference adjourned.

March 13, 1915
After preaching by pastor the church met in conference.
1. Minutes of last conference read and adopted with the insertion of the fact that incidentals are to be paid monthly by individual subscription. Also that the church had granted letters of dismission to Bro. and Sister W.E. YATES and two daughters, Ronie and Frankie.
2. Bro. N.C. WHITTEMORE reported success in collecting incidentals.
3. Bro. J.C. GARNER reported advance in getting subscriptions for pastor’s salary.
4. Moved and sec. to extend time of protracted meeting to third Sunday in July. Carried.
5. The church after some remarks about help for the protracted meeting, decided that our pastor with the cooperation of the church and the help of God could do the work. Adjourned.

Sunday School on motion and sec. assumed $8.90 indebtedness in putting up rods for curtains and ceiling little room.
April 10, 1915
After preaching by pastor, the church met in conference. Minutes of last conference read and adopted. No business coming up. Conference adjourned.

May 8, 1915
After preaching by pastor, the church met in conference.
1. Minutes of last conference read and adopted.
2. Bro. ANTHONY stated that he had done his utmost to promote the fellowship of the church.
3. Letters of Bro. and Sister OWEN received on which they became members of this church.
4. On motion and sec. the church granted a letter of dismission to Sister Gertrude LEE HENISSON.
5. A petition was presented for letters of dismission for Bro. and Sister L.C. STALLING. The church granted a letter to Sister STALLING but on account of some unchristian conduct on the part of Bro. STALLING the church delayed granting his letter until the clerk should have written him about it.
6. Bro. J.C. GARNER read the following resolution which the church adopted:
Viz: “If any member of this church owing a pledge for any purpose, failing to pay same or to render an excuse for not paying same shall not be lettered. Neither anyone who stays away and does not attend the service.”
No further business conference, adjourned.

June 12, 1915
After preaching by pastor church met in conference.
1. Minutes of last conference read and adopted.
2. The clerk reported having written to Bro. L.C. STALLING, but received no answer.
3. A committee of three was appointed to confer with Bro. L.C. STALLING. Committee: J.T. MILLER, J.C. GARNER and E.M. DOZIER.
4. On motion and sec. the church accepted Bro. BOONE’s resignation as collector of pastor’s salary.
5. Bro. J.C. GARNER was elected collector with Bro. N.C. WHITTEMORE to assist.
6. The church voted to get some help for the meeting. Brethren M.L. HEAD, N.C. WHITTEMORE, J.C. GARNER with the pastor were made a committee to secure the help.
6. On motion and sec. the service tomorrow night (6/13/15) was cancelled.

June 27, 1915
1. The church voted to have protracted services in the house in day time and out of doors at night.
2. W.R CRITTENDEN, R.L. ANTHONY and Albert SPILLMAN were appointed to arrange seats for night services.
3. The church suspended services the second Sunday in Jul. for the Briscoe meeting.

July 10, 1915
Conference was called and in absence of both pastor and clerk, Bro. ANTHONY was made moderator protem and Sister Jenkins clerk protem.
1. After devotional exercise the minutes of last conference read and approved. As none of the committee to confer with Bro. L.C. STALLING was present, the matter was deferred until the next conference.
2. On motion and sec. Bro. E.M. DOZIER was elected to represent this church in a joint committee of the other churches to take charge of the public seats.
3. On motion and sec. an arm was extended to Briscoe Community for the purpose of receiving members at the present services there.
4. On motion and sec. conference adjourned. Subject to call.

Sept. 11, 1915
After preaching by pastor church met in conference.
1. Minutes of last conference read and adopted.
2. The committee appointed to see Bro. L.C. STALLING about some unchristian conduct made their report and then the church granted him a letter of dismission.
3. On motion and second the church reconsidered the resolution adopted May the 8, 1915. On vote the resolution was cancelled.
4. On motion and second the church granted letters of dismission to Sisters John CRISWELL, Lula and Lillian CRISWELL, Herman YATES, J.J. DAVIS and wife, and Perry DAVIS.
5. On motion and second, the church voted to pay $3 for associational minutes. Adjourned.

Oct. 9, 1915
After preaching by pastor church met in conference.
1. Minutes of last conference read and corrected as to letters granted.
2. On motion and second Sister Bonnie RICHMON was restored to fellowship, then a letter of dismission was granted to her.
3. On motion and second a letter of dismission was granted to Bro. W.H. RHODES.
4. On motion and second, Brethren E.M. DOZIER, J.C. GARNER and L.B. JENKINS were made a committee to get a stove for the church and also to have the windows repaired. Adjourned.

Nov. 13th, 1915
After preaching by pastor the church met in conference.
1. Minutes of last conference read and adopted.
2. Committee reported having bought a stove for $12.95 with some more cost for pipe. Windows not repaired. Committee continued.
3. On motion and second letters of dismission were granted to Sister Mary CRISWELL and Sister Susie BOWDEN.
4. On motion and second Brethren L.B. JENKINS and N.C. WHITTEMORE were elected messengers to the B.M.A. to meet at Hillsboro, Nov. 17, 1915.
5. On motion and second the church empowered any of her members attending the B.M.A. to become a messenger in the event that the elected messengers should be absent. Adjourned.

After preaching by pastor an opportunity for membership was given, and Sister LANGSTON was ______? on the promise of a letter. This being the time to call a pastor, Bro. Albert SPILLMAN was chosen moderator. Then Bro. L.B. JENKINS was nominated for half time and received an unanimous call. On motion and second the church voted to guarantee a salary of $500.00 per annum. Brethren J.C. GARNER and A.A. DARDEN were appointed to notify Bro. JENKINS of the call. On motion and second the moderator appointed W.E. HAILEY, Harvey CRITTENDEN and Grover HUGHES to solicit subscriptions for pastor’s salary. Adjourned.

Dec. 11th, 1915
After preaching by pastor church met in conference.
1. Report of committee on repairs. Rec’d and accepted and committee dismissed.
2. On motion and second Bro. MILLER’s obligation to pastor’s salary released.
3. Church elected A.C. FITZGERALD for church clerk.
4. Church elected E.M. DOZIER for church treasurer. Bro. E.M. DOZIER made
clerk protem and Bro. MILLER having moved away.
5. On motion and second pastor appointed committee to see about needs of Bro. and Sister ALLEN. Appointed W.R. CRITTENDEN, W.E. HARVEY, M.L. HEAD, also pastor was included. Bro. GARNER released from Supt. of S.S. at his request.
6. Conference left open until Sunday 12th for election of Sunday School Supt. and to attend further business.

Dec. 12th, 1915
After Sunday School Church elected Albert SPILLMAN S.S. Supt. Elected R.L. ANTHONY teacher Class No. 1 instead of Albert SPILLMAN who was elected Supt. Teacher for Class No. 2 left with that class for selection. On motion and second pastor given authority to appoint 3 more solicitors and collectors on pastor’s salary. Appointment deferred next conference day. Pastor accepted call for another year. Adjourned.

After preaching by pastor church met in conference. Call for fellowship of church. Minutes of last conference read and corrected to read the committee of three solicitors and collectors elected by church.
Committee appointed to see to needs of Bro. ALLEN’s sister reported having given necessary aid in hiring someone to stay and care for her until c__ took charge. On motion and second report rec’dand the expense paid and committee dismissed.
Elected 3 solicitors and collectors for pastors salary; Jason SOWELL, Dell HARVEY, and D.D. KEMP. Letters of Miss Bernice HOLLOWAY and Mrs. G.W. HOLLOWAY read. Members previously received on promise of same.
Elected W.R. CRITTENDENT collector. Church incidentals. Adjourned.

After preaching by pastor church met in conference. Minutes of last conference read and adopted. On motion and sec. church set 2nd Sunday July to begin protracted meeting. Matter of securing help in meeting. Postponed. Church accepted Home Department work. On motion and second church gave Sunday School authority to select Supt. for Home Work Dept.

After preaching by pastor, church met in conference. Minutes of last meeting read and approved. Committee appointed to screen church was dismissed. Brethren D.D. KEMP and Albert SPILLMAN were appointed to replace broken window. Letters of dismission were granted to E.B. PEVEY and Sister Kate Haire JOPLIN. No other business conference adjourned.

Aug. 12, 1916
After preaching by pastor, church met in conference. On motion W.E. HALEY
and L.B. JENKINS was elected as delegates to East Fork Association which
met at Eden Church. Alternates: Bro. John BOLES and KEMP. On motion and
second letters were granted to Sister Dovie PITTMAN and Ethel BOLES.
Bro. SPILLMAN was given an invitation to fill pulpit Sunday. Motion made
and second that $3.00 be allowed for printing of minutes of meeting.

Oct. 8, 1916
After preaching by pastor the church met in conference. On motion, the church accepted Bro. SPILLMAN’s resignation as Sunday School Supt.
On motion and second the church sent delegates to the State Association at
Jacksonville. Bro. JENKINS, DARDEN and CRITTENDEN nominated. Bros.
JENKINS and DARDEN elected. Alternates: any members that may wish to go.
Letters of dismission were granted to Sisters A.A. WILLIAMS, Maggie and Dollie WILLIAMS. Clerk was instructed to send letter to Sister Mary VENNER.
Moved and second that pastor buy lock and other items needed. Motion made and second that we meet on next conference day for the discussion of building a new church. Moved and second that members be mailed cards notifying of meeting in regard to building church. There being no other business, motion made to adjourn.

After preaching by pastor, church met in conference. Minutes of last meeting read and approved. Letters were granted Bros. J.W. FITZHUGH and Siah PINSON.
The following Bro. were elected to collect pastor salary: Bros. W.E. HALEY, G.C. HUGHES, Harvey CRITTENDEN, Henry DUGAN, D.D. KEMP and Dell HARVEY. Bros. E.M. DOZIER was elected church treas.
The election of teachers and officers were postponed until the 4th Sunday. The church accepted the report by the Ladies Aid Society. J.C. GARNER made motion that we build a house for the Lord. Conference adjourned until Sunday Morning.
Sunday, Nov. 12, 1916
By motion the church reconsidered the granting of a letter to J.W. FITZHUGH.
The following committee was appointed to investigate and report by next
conference J.C. GARNER and M.L. HEAD.
Voted on the question of building church. Result 30 to 36 in favor of building
church went into call of pastor. A unanimous call was extended to Bro. L.B.
JENKINS for half time. By motion, salary was fixed at $500.00 and all above
that amount could be raised.

After preaching by pastor church met in conference. Minutes of last meeting read and approved. Motion made to discharge committee on Bro. FITZHUGH and Clerk was instructed to write letter. Also a letter was granted Sister Jewell STONE.
By a motion and sec. the church withdrew fellowship from Sister ALLEN. Bro. DOZIER and DARDEN were appointed to buy brush for cleaning windows. It was moved and sec. that we pay $6.00 out of incidentals for light at corner of church.
Motion made to buy printed forms of letter for clerk. There being no further business conference adjourned.
